Frequently asked questions
Does entry to GameLand cost money?
No, entry is completely free. You play with credits on a rechargeable PlayCard, so you pay per game, not per hour and not at the door.
Do I need to book?
For a regular visit, no: just walk in. Coming with a large group (15 or more)? Let us know so enough staff is around.
From how many children can I book a birthday party?
Kids birthdays are possible from 7 children, up to age 13. A free PlayCard and tickets are included.
Is there parking at GameLand?
In Leuven the Kinepolis car park is around the corner (paid) and there is bike parking at the door; the station is a 10-minute walk away. Check the location page for directions to the arcade you want to visit.
How much does playing cost?
You pick a credit bundle from € 16.99 (30 credits) to € 149.99 (360 credits). During the Summer Sale every bundle gets bonus credits.
Does my PlayCard stay valid?
Yes, your PlayCard is yours to keep and can be topped up at the kiosk on every visit, with cash or card.
